Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate and maintain company-provided vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition at all times.
2. Transport goods, passengers, or company personnel to and from various locations within Dubai and occasionally to other regions as required.
3. Adhere strictly to traffic rules, regulations, and local driving laws to maintain a safe driving environment for all road users.
4. Plan and follow efficient routes to optimize time and fuel consumption, ensuring on-time arrivals.
5. Assist passengers, if applicable, with loading/unloading luggage and other items as needed.
6. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.
7. Maintain a neat and professional appearance, reflecting positively on the company’s image.
8. Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
9. Report any incidents, accidents, or violations to the appropriate authorities and follow company protocols.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate transportation activities.
11. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers during the journey.
12. Cooperate with dispatchers to receive and understand assignments and plan routes efficiently.
13. Stay updated with traffic conditions and use navigation tools to avoid delays and congested routes.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Valid UAE driving license, preferably with a clean driving record.
2. Proven experience as a professional Driver, preferably with experience in Dubai or the UAE.
3. Good knowledge of Dubai’s roads, traffic regulations, and local landmarks.
4. Familiarity with using navigation devices and smartphone applications for efficient route planning.
5. Excellent driving skills, with a strong focus on safety and cautious driving practices.
6. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and responsibly.
7. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
8. Punctual, reliable, and able to adhere to schedules and deadlines.
9. Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects, if required.
10. Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach, ensuring passengers’ comfort and satisfaction.
11. Previous experience in driving different vehicle types (e.g., passenger cars, vans, trucks) is a plus.
