3. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular cyber security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
4. Security Policies and Procedures: Establish and enforce cyber security policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
5. Incident Response: Lead the cyber security incident response team, ensuring swift and effective resolution of security incidents.
6. Security Awareness Training: Conduct cyber security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security consciousness.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and cyber security regulations.
8. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external cyber security vendors and service providers.

Requirements:

1. Cyber Security Experience: Proven experience in cyber security management and strategy development.
2. Cyber Security Certifications: Possession of relevant cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is advantageous.
3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cyber security technologies, tools, and frameworks.
