2. Rapid Response: Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies at client locations, demonstrating quick decision-making skills.
3. Security Checks: Conduct thorough security checks to identify and report any suspicious activities or breaches.
4. Incident Management: Take appropriate action to manage and de-escalate security incidents until further assistance arrives.
5. Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with the central control room and relevant authorities during responses.
6. Report Writing: Document all incidents, patrols, and responses accurately in detailed reports.
7. Access Control: Monitor access points and ensure that only authorized personnel enter the premises.
8. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and assistance when needed.

Requirements:

1. Security Experience: Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred.
2. SIA License: Possess a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license for Security Guarding or Door Supervision.
3. Driving License: Hold a valid driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle for mobile patrols.
4. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with colleagues, clients, and authorities.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle security incidents effectively.
6. Physical Fitness: Capable of performing mobile patrols and responding swiftly to incidents.
7. Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
