Responsibilities:

1. Range Planning: Collaborate with Buying teams to plan and develop the womenswear product range based on market trends, customer demands, and seasonal influences.
2. Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient availability of womenswear products in stores, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
3. Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product performance and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Allocation and Replenishment: Efficiently allocate stock to stores, considering customer demographics and store profiles, and manage replenishment to maintain optimum stock levels.
5. Promotions and Markdowns: Plan and execute promotional activities and markdowns in line with sales objectives and inventory management.
6. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure appealing and attractive product displays that enhance the shopping experience.
7. Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and address any supply chain issues.
8. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on product performance, stock levels, and sales forecasts to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Merchandising Experience: Previous experience as a Merchandiser, preferably with a focus on Womenswear, is essential.
2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
3. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and market insights to inform range planning.
4. Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
5. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to work varying hours and travel as needed to support store visits and supplier meetings.
7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
