Key Responsibilities:
Each role plays an integral part in the continued success and operational efficiency of Kuwait Oil Company. Below are the key responsibilities for each of the available positions:
1. Project Manager (Oil and Gas):
- Lead and manage oil and gas projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Manage project risks, address issues promptly, and adjust plans as necessary to stay on course.
- Report project status to senior management, highlighting progress, milestones, and potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.

2. Reservoir Engineer:
- Analyze and manage the production of reservoirs, ensuring optimal extraction of oil and gas while maximizing long-term reservoir performance.
- Design and implement reservoir simulation models to predict production rates, optimize reservoir management, and plan field development.
- Collaborate with drilling and production teams to improve reservoir performance and recovery rates.
- Monitor reservoir data and production trends, recommending enhancements to the recovery process as needed.
- Conduct reservoir pressure and fluid studies to assess the impact of production activities.
- Provide technical expertise to guide drilling and completion activities, ensuring that optimal methods are used for efficient reservoir exploitation.

3. Drilling Supervisor:
- Oversee drilling operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and within the project specifications.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of drilling rigs, including supervising crews and ensuring that all activities comply with safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Monitor drilling performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to prevent delays or accidents.
- Ensure that equipment and materials are available and in good condition, minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on drilling progress, challenges, and solutions.

4. Geophysicist:

- Train and educate employees on safety protocols, environmental protection measures, and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance, tracking incidents and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, providing reports and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure that safety measures are integrated into all phases of operations, from planning to execution.
- Maintain HSE documentation, including records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
7. Supply Chain Manager:
- Oversee and manage the supply chain operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment to support oil and gas operations.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet operational demands.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and logistics teams to ensure that all materials and resources are available when needed.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that all inventory is managed effectively to prevent shortages or overstock.

Qualifications and Skills:
