Key Responsibilities:

Each role plays an integral part in the continued success and operational efficiency of Kuwait Oil Company. Below are the key responsibilities for each of the available positions:

1. Project Manager (Oil and Gas):

Lead and manage oil and gas projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
Manage project risks, address issues promptly, and adjust plans as necessary to stay on course.
Report project status to senior management, highlighting progress, milestones, and potential delays.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
Oversee budget management, ensuring that costs are kept within approved limits and funds are allocated efficiently.

2. Reservoir Engineer:

Analyze and manage the production of reservoirs, ensuring optimal extraction of oil and gas while maximizing long-term reservoir performance.
Design and implement reservoir simulation models to predict production rates, optimize reservoir management, and plan field development.
Collaborate with drilling and production teams to improve reservoir performance and recovery rates.
Monitor reservoir data and production trends, recommending enhancements to the recovery process as needed.
Conduct reservoir pressure and fluid studies to assess the impact of production activities.
Provide technical expertise to guide drilling and completion activities, ensuring that optimal methods are used for efficient reservoir exploitation.
Ensure that all reservoir operations comply with company and regulatory safety standards.

3. Drilling Supervisor:

Oversee drilling operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and within the project specifications.
Manage the day-to-day operations of drilling rigs, including supervising crews and ensuring that all activities comply with safety protocols and environmental standards.
Monitor drilling performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to prevent delays or accidents.
Ensure that equipment and materials are available and in good condition, minimizing downtime.
Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on drilling progress, challenges, and solutions.
Conduct post-drilling evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

4. Geophysicist:

Conduct seismic surveys and analyze geophysical data to support exploration, drilling, and reservoir management activities.
Use geophysical techniques to map subsurface structures, identify potential reserves, and guide drilling operations.
Collaborate with engineers and geologists to integrate geophysical data with other geological and production information to assess potential drilling locations.
Interpret data from seismic, magnetic, gravity, and electrical surveys to develop a comprehensive understanding of subsurface structures.

5. Operations Manager:

Oversee the daily operations of the oil and gas production facilities, ensuring that production goals are met and that operations are running efficiently.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance safety measures.
Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Lead and manage operations teams, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
Coordinate with other departments, including engineering, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.

6. HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Specialist:

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure that all operations meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential risks and hazards.
Train and educate employees on safety protocols, environmental protection measures, and emergency response procedures.
Monitor and report on HSE performance, tracking incidents and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, providing reports and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Ensure that safety measures are integrated into all phases of operations, from planning to execution.
Maintain HSE documentation, including records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.

7. Supply Chain Manager:

Oversee and manage the supply chain operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment to support oil and gas operations.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet operational demands.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and logistics teams to ensure that all materials and resources are available when needed.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that all inventory is managed effectively to prevent shortages or overstock.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the supply chain process.
Develop and manage supply chain budgets, tracking costs and optimizing resources.

8. Electrical Engineer:

Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment for oil and gas operations, ensuring they meet operational requirements and safety standards.
Work with engineering teams to design electrical systems for new projects and improve existing systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring that all equipment is properly configured and functional.

Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems in the field.

Qualifications and Skills:
