Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and masons, in their daily tasks and projects.
- Transport and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and hazardous materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced personnel.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of temporary structures, scaffolding, and other construction aids.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members while adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and performing manual labor.
- Aid in the installation of construction components, such as drywall, flooring, and roofing materials.
- Support concrete pouring and finishing activities as required.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of construction machinery and tools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a construction helper or a related role is an asset but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced construction environment.
