Responsibilities:

1. Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and masons in their daily tasks.
2. Carry and organize construction materials and tools on the job site.
3. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and hazardous materials.
4. Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
5. Help with assembling and disassembling temporary structures, scaffolding, and other construction aids.
6. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
7. Perform physical tasks, including digging, lifting heavy objects, and moving materials.
8. Support in the installation of construction components, such as drywall, flooring, and roofing materials.
9. Assist in concrete pouring and finishing tasks as required.
10. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of construction equipment.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience as a construction helper or a similar role is an asset, but not mandatory.
2. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy loads and performing manual labor for extended periods.
3. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople.
4. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is desirable.
