We are hiring across various departments. Below are 10 open roles for immediate recruitment:

1. Customer Service Representative

  • Handle walk-in customers at branches
  • Support customers with account openings, card activations, and general inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills required

2. Call Center Agent

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for banking support
  • Provide information on products, services, and account status
  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred

3. Teller

  • Manage cash transactions at branch counters
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and cheque clearances
  • Maintain daily cash reports and security protocols

4. Relationship Officer (Retail Banking)

  • Generate leads for credit cards, personal finance, and savings accounts
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Must be goal-oriented and customer-focused

5. Sales Executive – Credit Cards

  • Conduct outdoor and indoor sales for Islamic credit card products
  • Achieve daily/monthly targets
  • Basic sales training provided for new joiners

6. Data Entry Clerk

  • Enter customer and transaction data into core banking systems
  • Maintain updated digital records
  • Ideal for freshers or candidates with typing skills

7. IT Support Assistant

  • Provide technical assistance to internal staff
  • Help troubleshoot issues with systems, emails, and security applications
  • IT diploma or equivalent preferred

8. Compliance Assistant

  • Ensure all processes follow UAE Central Bank and Shariah guidelines
  • Help prepare audit reports and compliance checks
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinkers are ideal

9. Administrative Assistant

  • Support branch or departmental heads with paperwork and schedules
  • Manage email correspondence, calendars, and travel bookings
  • Requires MS Office proficiency

10. Office Boy / Girl

  • Assist with tea/coffee service, document delivery, and basic cleaning tasks
  • Help maintain office hygiene and hospitality
  • No prior experience required

Eligibility Criteria

Education: High school diploma or above (Bachelor’s preferred for officer roles)

Experience: Freshers welcome for junior roles; experience required for mid-senior roles

Language: English required; Arabic and other language skills are a plus

Visa Status: Preference for candidates with valid UAE visa; visa sponsorship available

Age Limit: 20 to 45 years

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: AED 3,500 to AED 12,000/month depending on role
