Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
1. UX/UI Designer – Mid-Level
Location: Remote/Dubai Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user flows for web and mobile apps
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and developers
- Participate in design critiques and user testing
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience
- Portfolio showcasing UX/UI work
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
2. Senior UX Designer
Location: Remote with occasional Dubai travel
Responsibilities:
- Lead user experience strategy for key accounts
- Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations
- Mentor junior designers and run stakeholder workshops
- Translate business goals into elegant user flows
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in UX design
- Deep knowledge of accessibility, usability, and conversion design
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
3. UI/Visual Designer
Location: Remote/Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Design clean, pixel-perfect UI elements for mobile and web
- Own typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling
- Create engaging visual assets, icons, and illustrations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UI or graphic design experience
- Strong knowledge of design trends and branding
