Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at Emirates, you will:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage areas.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate numbers.
- Issue tickets, boarding passes, and manage flight re-bookings or cancellations.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist with special service requests such as passengers with disabilities, elderly travelers, or unaccompanied minors.
- Coordinate with ground staff, cabin crew, and airport authorities.
- Manage check-in baggage and deal with lost or damaged luggage claims.

Minimum Qualifications

Working Hours and Environment
- Shifts: Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations
- Workdays: 5–6 days per week, depending on scheduling
- Environment: Airport terminals, check-in counters, boarding gates, customer service desks
- Uniform Provided: Yes
- Training Duration: 3–4 weeks of mandatory paid training upon joining

- Basic Monthly Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 8,000 (based on experience and role)
