Job Location & Work Environment
Company Headquarters:
- Al Turki Enterprises LLC,
- Ghala Industrial Area,
- Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
Project Sites:
- Across Muscat, Sohar, Nizwa, Duqm, and other key locations in Oman.
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Hours: 9 hours/day (including break), with overtime available
- Accommodation, transport, and visa: Provided by the company
Job Titles for Construction Professionals
We are urgently hiring for the following positions. These jobs are open to local Omani nationals and foreign candidates from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and African countries.
1. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Salary: OMR 600–850/month
Duties:
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures
- Evaluate contractor claims and variations
- Collaborate with engineers and procurement teams
Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or QS
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
2. Civil Site Engineer
Salary: OMR 400–600/month
Duties:
- Supervise daily site operations
- Ensure work quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
Requirements: - Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in building or road projects
3. AutoCAD Draftsman (Civil)
Salary: OMR 350–500/month
Duties:
- Create structural and layout drawings
- Revise and update site drawings as needed
- Coordinate with QS and site engineers
Requirements: - Proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience in road/building drawings preferred
4. Planning Engineer
Salary: OMR 600–750/month
Duties:
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera or MS Project
- Monitor project progress
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
Requirements: - Degree in Civil or Project Management
- 3+ years of relevant experience
5. Mason (Block & Plastering)
Salary: OMR 150–200/month
Duties:
- Lay blocks and bricks
- Apply plaster on walls and ceilings
- Work on interior and exterior finishes
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience
- Basic understanding of tools and levels
6. Steel Fixer
Salary: OMR 150–180/month
Duties:
- Install rebar and steel structures
- Interpret bar bending schedules
- Follow technical drawings
Requirements: - Prior work on commercial or residential projects
- Physically fit for site work
7. Shuttering Carpenter
Salary: OMR 150–200/month
Duties:
- Create and dismantle formwork
- Work with plywood and steel forms
- Align shutters according to levels
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
- Good understanding of construction measurements
8. General Helper/Labor
Salary: OMR 100–120/month
Duties:
- Assist masons, carpenters, and site supervisors
- Transport materials across the site
- Clean and organize the workspace
Requirements: - No experience required
- Willingness to work hard and learn
9. Safety Officer
Salary: OMR 400–600/month
Duties:
- Enforce HSE protocols at construction sites
- Conduct safety training
- Report unsafe practices
Requirements: - NEBOSH/IOSH certified
- 2+ years of safety experience in construction
10. Heavy Equipment Operator (Excavator/Loader)
Salary: OMR 250–400/month
Duties:
- Operate heavy machinery at sites
- Perform equipment checks and maintenance
Requirements: - Valid Oman driving license for heavy machinery
- Prior operating experience
