Duqm Integrated Projects LLC is urgently hiring for the following roles, suitable for individuals with or without prior Gulf experience:

1. Construction Laborer

Support site engineers and supervisors with basic tasks.
No formal education required.
Must be physically fit and ready to work in hot weather conditions.

2. Site Cleaner

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work zones and staff accommodation.
Work with cleaning equipment and ensure health standards.

3. Security Guard

Ensure safety of equipment, staff, and visitors at project sites.
12-hour shifts with rotation.
Previous experience preferred, but training is provided.

4. Light Vehicle Driver

Transport materials and staff within the SEZAD area.
Must have valid Omani or GCC driver’s license.

5. Office Boy

Assist admin team with serving tea/coffee, cleaning offices, and organizing files.
Entry-level; no experience required.

6. Warehouse Helper

Assist in organizing, loading, and unloading supplies and construction materials.
Must be physically strong and organized.

7. Electrician Assistant

Work alongside senior electricians in wiring, lighting, and power supply setups.
ITI certificate or basic electrical knowledge preferred.

8. Plumber Helper

Assist with the installation and repair of pipelines, water tanks, and sanitation.
Entry-level role with hands-on learning.

9. Scaffolder

Set up scaffolding structures for various construction activities.
Must follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

10. Mason

Perform blockwork, plastering, and concrete mixing.
Must have experience in construction or be willing to learn under supervision.

Minimum Requirements

Age Limit: 20 to 50 years
Education: Not mandatory for basic roles; diploma/certification preferred for technical posts
Language: Basic English or Arabic (speaking level)
Experience: Freshers can apply; on-site training is provided
Passport Validity: Minimum 6 months

Duqm Integrated Projects LLC is fully licensed to sponsor foreign workers under the Omani labor law. If selected, you will receive:

Work Schedule & Contract Details

Duty Time: 8–10 hours per day
Days/Week: 6 days (Friday off)
Overtime: Paid according to Omani labor laws
Contract Duration: 2 years, renewable
Probation Period: 3 months
Leave: 30 days annual paid leave
