- Salary: £29,000 – £34,500 per year (based on experience)
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week (day and night shifts)
Duties:
- Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care to clients in their homes
- Administer medication, monitor patient condition, document interventions
- Support families during end-of-life or long-term care situations
- Collaborate with GPs, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Recognized nursing qualification (BSN or equivalent)
- Valid NMC registration (or eligible to apply)
- IELTS/OET English proficiency
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
2. Senior Care Assistant (with NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent)
- Location: London boroughs including Kensington, Camden, and Westminster
- Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 per year
- Shifts: Day/Night shifts, flexible hours
Duties:
- Provide personal care: bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
- Document observations and liaise with nurses and families
- Lead and supervise junior care staff when needed
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or international equivalent)
- At least 2 years of care work experience
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- Fluent in spoken and written English
3. Healthcare Support Worker
- Location: Clients’ homes across London zones 1–4
- Salary: £21,500 – £23,000 per year
- Shifts: Day, night, and live-in assignments available
Duties:
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor health changes and communicate with clinical staff
- Maintain hygiene and a safe environment
- Support client dignity, independence, and well-being
Requirements:
- Some experience in healthcare or caregiving
- Willingness to undergo training and development
- Empathetic, reliable, and physically capable
Eligibility for Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship
To qualify for sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker route, applicants must:
