As an Education & Childcare professional at Weston College, your responsibilities will include:

For Teachers (Primary & Secondary)

Job Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

For Teachers

• A degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or eligibility to apply.
• Previous experience teaching in a school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• For Early Years Educators & Childcare Professionals
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years Education, or a related field.
• Experience working in a childcare or early education setting.
• A passion for child development and learning.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
