Responsibilities:

1. Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, following established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
2. Make beds, change linens, and ensure towels and amenities are properly stocked in each room.
3. Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and fixtures.
4. Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces in guest rooms and common areas.
5. Clean and polish furniture, mirrors, and other room fixtures.
6. Empty and dispose of waste and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed.
7. Replenish supplies, such as toiletries and tea/coffee, in guest rooms as needed.
8. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
9. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
10. Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean and organized hotel environment.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
4. Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of cleaning tasks.
