Experience
- 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee all aspects of construction, including budget, schedule, and quality control.
- Manage and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure construction sites are safe and clean.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and expenses effectively.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
