Education

Experience
- 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair services.
- Oversee security, cleaning, and waste management services.
- Monitor facility expenses and manage budgets effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Plan and manage facility renovations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility-related documentation.
- Ensure efficient use of energy and resources within the facility.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
