Education

Experience

  • 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all facility operations and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair services.
  • Oversee security, cleaning, and waste management services.
  • Monitor facility expenses and manage budgets effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Plan and manage facility renovations, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility-related documentation.
  • Ensure efficient use of energy and resources within the facility.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
