Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals.
• Recruit, train, and manage the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and marketing activities to attract guests and increase revenue.
• Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Education and Qualification:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry.
