Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance activities for equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient maintenance support.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Education and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.’
