Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing over-the-counter medications and other health products.
• Provide information and advice on the proper use of medications and health products.
• Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and monitoring product expiration dates.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescription medications.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Assist in the receipt and storage of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating patient records and processing insurance claims.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail sales environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare regulations.
