Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance activities for aircraft, facilities, and equipment in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
• Liaise with maintenance teams, engineers, and vendors to schedule inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and materials to ensure availability for maintenance activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance programs and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Provide administrative support to technical operations teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• Respond to technical queries and requests for assistance from internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in aviation maintenance or technical services coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
