Experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with project team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project finances, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and forecasting costs to maintain financial accountability and control.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members to maximize performance and productivity.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
