Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential business opportunities in the hospitality sector, including hotel management contracts, franchise agreements, and joint ventures.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s portfolio of hotels, resorts, and leisure facilities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, government entities, and industry partners.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners to secure new business deals.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment with company objectives and contractual obligations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
