Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical examinations for pilots on Airbus A380 aircraft systems, procedures, and performance standards.
• Evaluate pilots’ knowledge, skills, and competency in areas such as flight planning, aircraft systems, emergency procedures, and decision-making.
• Review and assess pilots’ performance in flight simulators and training devices to simulate real-world scenarios and challenges.
• Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and recommendations to pilots to enhance their proficiency and safety awareness.
• Collaborate with training instructors, flight operations personnel, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of examination results, feedback, and training activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Education and Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with appropriate type ratings for Airbus A380 aircraft.
• Extensive experience as a qualified pilot with a minimum of 5,000 flight hours, including significant experience as a captain or first officer on A380 aircraft.
• Certification as a Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) or equivalent designation from a recognized aviation authority.
• In-depth knowledge of Airbus A380 aircraft systems, operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
