Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to develop proposals, pricing, and sales presentations for customers.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field required; master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CRM) preferred.
- Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in the building technologies, construction, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of building systems and technologies, including HVAC, fire and security systems, and building automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Results-driven attitude, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
