Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain server infrastructure to support Stylus Asia’s business operations and applications.
- Install, configure, and manage server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux distributions.
- Monitor server performance, capacity, and availability, and implement measures to optimize performance and ensure reliability.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect against data loss and minimize downtime.
- Manage virtualization technologies, such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V, to optimize server resource utilization and facilitate server consolidation.
- Configure and maintain server security measures, including access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems, to protect against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with IT team members and vendors to plan and execute server upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve server-related issues and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
