Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain testing equipment and instruments, ensuring accuracy and reliability in measurements and data collection.
• Document test procedures, results, and observations accurately and comprehensively.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes of product failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to address engineering challenges and optimize product performance.
• Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights for product improvement.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all engineering activities.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in engineering technology or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an engineering technician or in a similar technical role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with engineering principles and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and software tools for data analysis.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
