Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase foot traffic, and enhance the store’s profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including inventory management and loss prevention.
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring that displays are attractive, well-maintained, and effectively showcase products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to implement corporate initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and inventory management.
