Education:

High school/ Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Related Field

Experience:

Min 1-2 Years experience in Related Field

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, merchandising standards, and employee training.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive brand loyalty and awareness.
• Manage store budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets.

Education and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a leadership position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising techniques, and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
