Education:
High school/ Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Related Field
Experience:
Min 1-2 Years experience in Related Field
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize store performance and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, merchandising standards, and employee training.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive customer loyalty and brand awareness.
- Manage store budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets.
Education and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising techniques, and inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
