• Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving complaints.
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
• Input and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
