Experience

• 1-3 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are neatly arranged and labeled.
• Assist customers in locating items and provide information about product availability and pricing.
• Receive and unload shipments of merchandise, checking for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning display cases.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory management, including conducting stock counts and replenishing inventory as needed.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store, is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Must have a valid work permit to work in Canada.
