Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data, including sales figures, costs, and expenses, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Support the financial planning process by gathering and consolidating financial information from various sources.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers of variances.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to support decision-making and improve business performance.
Participate in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc financial projects as required.
Maintain financial databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key insights.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in working with financial information.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial statements.
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
Knowledge of financial planning and forecasting processes.
