Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries as needed.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Check and replenish room amenities such as coffee, tea, and toiletries.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
• Follow safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks and duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
