Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and increase market share with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in client management, sales, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
