  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the patient experience.
  • Monitor service levels and customer satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address customer service-related issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and analysis.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
