Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises to deter and detect any security breaches or suspicious activities.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems, to ensure their proper functioning.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, taking necessary action to mitigate risks and maintain safety.
• Conduct thorough security checks of individuals, vehicles, and packages entering or leaving the premises, following established protocols and procedures.
• Enforce access control measures, ensuring only authorized individuals have entry to restricted areas.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, daily activities, and any unusual occurrences.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff members, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and liaise with local law enforcement agencies, if required, to ensure a coordinated response to security-related issues.
• Stay updated on security industry trends, best practices, and relevant legislation, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional security services.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license is essential.
• Previous experience in security-related roles is preferred, although comprehensive training will be provided to suitable candidates.
• Excellent observation skills with the ability to identify potential security risks or threats.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and the public.
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Proficient computer skills to operate security systems and record incidents accurately.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
• A valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
