Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and customers.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
Provide leadership and guidance to the regional team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Education and Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles in the oil and gas industry.
Strong understanding of offshore oil and gas operations and market dynamics.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
