Education:

Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the operations and maintenance of desalination plants to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant reliability, availability, and productivity
- Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure safe and efficient plant operations
- Monitor plant performance and production metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all plant activities
- Develop and manage budgets for the O & M division, and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on plant performance, operational issues, and improvement opportunities
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of [X years] of experience in desalination operations and maintenance, with [Y years] in a managerial role
- Strong technical knowledge of desalination processes and equipment
