Responsibilities:
- Lead structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Develop structural designs and solutions for a variety of building types.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate structural elements into building designs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior structural engineers.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Extensive experience in structural engineering roles, with a focus on building design and construction.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
