Education:
- High School/ Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Related Field
Experience:
- 1/2 Years Experience in Related Field
Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide HSE training to employees and contractors and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement HSE plans and initiatives.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- NEBOSH or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE supervision within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
