• Provide accurate information about availability, rates, and services.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with customer requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain updated records of reservations and customer interactions.

Education and Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and customer service best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
