Responsibilities:

1. Receive incoming shipments and verify their accuracy against purchase orders or delivery notes.
2. Unload and inspect products, ensuring they meet quality standards and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
3. Safely store products in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
4. Pick and pack products for outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
5. Prepare shipping documents and ensure proper handling and packaging of products to prevent damage during transportation.
6. Operate industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols and maintaining equipment in good working order.
7. Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and participate in cycle counting or stocktaking activities as required.
8. Collaborate with other warehouse team members to optimize workflow and fulfill customer orders efficiently.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including keeping aisles clear and removing waste materials.
10. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies, actively participating in safety programs and reporting any hazards or incidents.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in warehouse operations or industrial equipment handling are preferred.
2. Previous experience working in an industrial warehouse environment is strongly desired.
3. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other industrial equipment, with valid certification.
4. Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
5. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with colleagues and follow instructions.
8. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in a safe manner.
9. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
10. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
