Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise the floor staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
2. Ensure high levels of customer service by interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
3. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards on the floor.
4. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure effective communication and seamless coordination of operations.
5. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
6. Optimize workflow and productivity by managing staff schedules, breaks, and assignments effectively.
7. Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock availability on the floor.
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations for floor staff, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
9. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales and revenue.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to provide recommendations for improving the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders effectively.
4. Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
5. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure high standards of cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency.
6. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
