Education

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field 

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process reservations through various channels (phone, email, online).
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and policies to guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations.
• Maintain a good understanding of room availability, rates, and promotions.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Achieve and exceed reservation and sales targets.

Education and Qualification:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or a related field is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel booking software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
