- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE into project planning
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Professional certification in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
