• Carry out tasks related to farm maintenance, including fencing, cleaning, and repairs.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with the packaging, grading, and preparation of produce for market.
• Follow instructions from farm supervisors or managers regarding farming practices and tasks to be performed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in animal housing facilities and farm premises.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with other farm workers and supervisors to ensure efficient farm operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities and report any issues or concerns to farm management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not always required, as we provide training.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of farming practices and equipment is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from farm supervisors.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility in working hours, as farming operations may require early mornings, weekends, or longer hours during busy periods.
• Valid driver’s license is advantageous but not always required, depending on the farm’s specific needs.
