- Provide personalized and attentive service to clients in the boutique.
- Showcase and promote Van Cleef & Arpels products with in-depth product knowledge.
- Assist clients in the selection of jewelry pieces based on their preferences and needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Ensure the boutique’s visual merchandising standards are upheld.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Sales or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry or high-end fashion.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury products with a good understanding of the jewelry industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
