Job Description:

Soho Garden DXB, a vibrant entertainment destination in Dubai, is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our guests by delivering outstanding service and crafting innovative and delicious beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, with creativity and precision.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and suggestions based on their preferences.
• Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and clean at all times.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments through the designated POS system.
• Stay updated on current menu offerings, promotions, and special events.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Comply with all liquor regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including mixology techniques.
• Strong customer service skills with a personable and engaging personality.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
