Job Description:

Sunset Hospitality Group, a renowned hospitality company in Dubai, is currently seeking talented and experienced Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by providing top-notch service and crafting delightful beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders from guests for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages, following standardized recipes and company standards.
• Engage with guests, recommend beverages based on their preferences, and offer suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments through the designated POS system.
• Stay updated on current menu offerings, promotions, and special events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Actively promote and upsell additional food and beverage items to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and comply with all liquor regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end hospitality establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Strong customer service skills with a warm and engaging personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
